Tulsa Accident Care Center is Hiring a Medical Front Office Receptionist Near Tulsa, OK

Tulsa Accident Care Center is an innovative and progressive company in the medical industry has an opening for a medical office receptionist - managing front desk operations, patient experience, and various processes for our clinic located in Broken Arrow, OK.

Qualified candidates will:

  • Be an enthusiastic, engaging person, ensuring a welcoming environment and excellent service to all patients
  • Compassionate and comprehensive approach to patient communication and engagement
  • Professional, punctual, and courteous
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Extremely ethical and have character references
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in working with confidential information.
  • Ability to trouble-shoot and effectively handle a broad range of issues and people
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook, and ability to learn & effectively utilize other business systems. Prior EMR & CRM experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all correspondence and records management
  • Highly organized with demonstrated time management skills
  • Strongly self-motivated, self-aware, and focused on continuous improvement
  • Interest in the health industry
  • Prior experience in a medical setting is preferred.
  • Available M-F between the hours of 8:00 am – 6:00 pm

Job Duties include:

  • Maintain a professional, relaxing, and inviting environment for our patients
  • Ensure guests are greeted as they arrive & checked-in for their appointments
  • Ensure the front is effectively & efficiently staffed, organized, and operational
  • Answer phones and make outbound calls to schedule patients, including follow-up calls and appointment reminders
  • Data entry and updating patient information
  • Manage inbound and outbound mail
  • Cross trained in massage therapy, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and traction modalities.
  • Carries out routine housekeeping functions, position generally requires in-house position specific training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
