Looking for a phone operator to answer multi-line patient phone calls. This position will also be required to cover the front desk as required. No experience with podiatry is required, on-site training is encouraged. We have 5 office locations and this position will primarily be required to travel to any of our office locations as needed. Offices are located in Owasso, Midtown, South Tulsa, Sapulpa, and Broken Arrow. Candidates must be punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly. Initial training will be based in our Midtown and Owasso office locations.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional 7:30 am to 4:30 pm shifts.

Experience:
Multi-line Phone Operator: 1 year (Preferred)

Front Desk Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)

EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)

Travel Between Offices is required, reliable transportation is a must!

Duties:
Answering multi-line phones
Take patient messages and send to appropriate staff member
Scheduling appointments
Collecting patient payments
Cover other front desk positions in other offices as needed
