Techmedics is in search of an experienced Accountant with excellent customer service and communication skills. Please note this is not an entry level position.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, and work well in a team environment. This will be a work from home/remote work position with occasional meetings onsite.

Primary responsibility will be to work on accounting tasks. Secondary responsibilities are occasional procurement, HR, and admin related tasks.

Quickbooks, Connectwise, Quotewerks

QUALIFICATIONS | SKILLS

ACCOUNTING

· Bookkeeping, invoicing, AR, AP, manage QuickBooks

· Provide assistance for Procurement Department in purchasing and subscriptions

· Provide assistance for HR in processing commissions, reimbursements, and Employee Asset Management

· SLA Management

· Vendor Management (Accounting)

· Mail pickup

PAYROLL/HR

· Work with payroll company

· Payroll Preparation

· Time & Attendance Monitor and Maintenance (including PTO)

· New Hire Onboarding

· Employment Document Maintenance

· Terminated Employee Offboarding

· Vendor Maintenance (HR)

PROCUREMENT

· Quote

· Manage QuoteWerks and Connectwise

· Vendor Management (Procurement)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
