Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Regional Property Manager with a hybrid work model, to primarily be based in Bowling Green or Western, KY. The Regional Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties and ensuring that they operate effectively and efficiently. This position will involve regular site visits, property inspections, project management, and working closely with property owners, tenants, and vendors. Some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in property management and project management
- Knowledge of HUD, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Conventional Market-Rate property types
- Commitment to high levels of customer service and tenant relations
- Experience with budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting
- SHCM, HCCP, CPO, COS, BOS, CPM are designations that are preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $70,000.00 per year
