Tech Dynamix is a growing Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) in the Northeast Ohio area. We are seeking an experienced full- or part-time Office Manager to expand our team and help scale our operations.

The Office Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, agreement reconciliation, and purchasing. This individual will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, On-Site

Salary: $17-19/hr

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and generating reports
  • Coordinate agreement reconciliation processes, including tracking and reconciling vendor agreements, contracts, and other legal documents
  • Oversee purchasing processes, including evaluating and negotiating contracts, placing orders, and monitoring deliveries
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and assist with office space planning
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Provide support to team members as needed

Qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience in an office management or related role
  • Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
