This role also extends into a technical repair position, for any applicant who expresses both a desire and a skill set for this. As a technical repair representative, you will assess a customer’s technical problems and provide custom solutions catered to solve their needs effectively and efficiently.
Job Description:
As a Hybrid Technical Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by combining your technical expertise with strong sales acumen. This unique position requires a balance of technical knowledge and sales skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients. You will have the opportunity to leverage your technical background to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships. Your primary function will be customer service and Technical Sales, with a secondary role in fulfilling technical repair needs as necessary.
