We’re looking for a technical support specialist to provide assistance to Tech Desk customers. This is an in-person position, but you will not be required to visit customers. All assistance will be provided remotely. In this role you will also work with our technical partner team to troubleshoot customer networks in our portal.
Technical knowledge and experience with networks, access points, switches, firewalls, LAN & WAN knowledge, IP addresses and routers.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, the Tech Desk team and our third party providers.
Complete customer requests and clear tickets within designated SLA’s via our service portal in Hubspot.
Take calls, emails, texts and tickets submitted in the customer portal.
Provide detailed notes each time work is performed for the customer.
Follow a troubleshooting workflow for each ticket and diagnose the problem in a fast efficient manner.
Work with our technical partner team to ensure the relationship remains strong.
Work with internal teams and customers to onboard new accounts.
Work with Restaurant third parties and their support teams to diagnose and treat issues for our customers.
Display a professional, reliable, trustworthy, and positive demeanor.
Possess ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and solve problems as well as document all steps taken for resolution including use of an internal ticketing system.
Possess ability to relay technical information and instruction (written and verbal) to clients with varying ranges of technical knowledge and background.
Have organizational skills with strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through on tasks.
Previous experience working with ISP helpful but not required
