Work closely with new and existing clients to fully understand their specific staffing requirements
Perform all sales facets, from building new relationships, cultivating existing ones, responding to questions and concerns, and coming up with creative ideas to help your clients support and grow their business
Scheduling client meetings through phone calls, in-person visits, and other technological resources
Use CRM to organize a client and prospect pipeline
Previous staffing and or logistics sales experience is preferred but not required. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Light Industrial Staffing; a minimum of 1 year is acceptable for exceptionally skilled candidates.
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating self-sufficiency and adaptability.
Possession of a well-established book of business within the Light Industrial Staffing sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at various organizational levels.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
