The Business and Human Resources Associate will support the Finance and H.R. departments with a variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will be able to transmit the mission of the school, carry out their duties with virtues, and demonstrate excellent professional communication skills with all stakeholders.
Duties will include :
Benefit Administration
Open Enrollment
Paycom Changes / Updates
Compliance
Grant Management
Time Sheet Administration and Management
Ad Hoc H.R. Duties - Management of Background Chedks, i9's, Database Management, et al.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field
Experience with Finance, H.R., and / or Office Administration
