TASBO is Hiring a Receptionist Near Elkhart, TX
- Proficiency with computers and general office technology
- Positive interpersonal and telephone skills
- Ability to interact effectively with staff members, parents, members of the community, vendors, and other office guests
- Organized, familiar with filing and record-keeping
- Effective multi-tasker
- Previous experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual a plus but not required
- Work with a team, and be able to show positivity and personal skills
- Must have good attendance
- Demonstrate thoroughness and a high degree of reliability in performing work assignments
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Cooperate with superintendent, principals, teachers, department heads and other staff members in achieving district goals
- Personnel filing / organization
- Using software programs for applications and job postings
- Be able to organize and distribute information through HR requirements
- Verify credentials of staff
- Emails to set up / take down for new and resigning staff
- Yearly paperwork for staff
- Help with contracts, fingerprint set-up
- Perform other duties as assigned
