Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 / year

Strategic Partner: Provide strategic and operational HR consultation to diverse client groups across multiple states.
Innovative Solutions: Assess HR initiatives and develop recommendations to support our business strategies.
Talent Management: Drive talent management, employee relations, training, and compensation.
Culture Building: Assist in creating and implementing cultural changes that align with company goals.
Employee Relations: Manage and resolve employee relations issues, minimizing risks to the company.
Client Collaboration: Actively participate in client meetings, offering HR support and guidance.
Compliance: Stay updated with legal requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Training Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; or equivalent education and work experience.
Certification: Preferred HR Certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP).
Experience: 7 years of Generalist experience with strong knowledge of labor laws. Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADP or similar HRIS software. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict management skills. Time management and project management abilities.
