Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract with a financial services client in Wilmington, DE. This hybrid position will be flexible for 1-3 days in the office, 3 days preferred (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
Summary:
The resource brings extensive industry and consulting knowledge to various aspects of the project.
Duties will depend on the project phase, but include:

• Detailed analysis of procedures, technology, and strategy.
• Planning and coordination of onboarding of end client data.
• Detailed fund accounting policies and procedures.
• Operations policies and procedures.
• Development consultants will provide technology best practices, automation, and code execution as required.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of experience
• Financial experience required
• At least an undergraduate university degree
• Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)

Pay rate range: $55.00 - $60.00 hourly.
