```Responsibilities:```
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Design and implement database structures to support data storage and retrieval
- Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
- Create data visualizations and reports using tools such as Power BI
- Perform quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
- Participate in the software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis findings

```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis
- Knowledge of database design principles and experience with SQL
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as vaticinate or similar platforms
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or similar software
- Knowledge of ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is a plus
- Proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) is a plus
