The Tandym Group is Hiring an IT Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid) Near Wilmington, DE
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***
Responsibilities:
The IT Business Systems Analyst will:
- Gather and document detailed requirements for system enhancements, process improvements, and new initiatives
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and systems to identify areas for optimization, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction
- Develop detailed system design specifications and functional requirements that align with business needs and objectives
- Assess and recommend software solutions and technologies that support manufacturing processes
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, performance issues, and opportunities for data-driven decision-making
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop and execute test plans
- Assist in planning and implementing change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes within the manufacturing domain
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flowcharts, system diagrams, and user guides
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively utilize new systems and technologies
- Troubleshoot system issues and collaborate with IT support teams to resolve technical problems promptly
- Perform other duties, as needed
- 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of integrations between production planning/scheduling, inventory & batch management, and quality controls with manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with manufacturing software, such as ERP systems and MES
- Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting tools
- Proven skills in Project Management
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
