A financial services company in New Jersey is actively seeking a driven and organized professional to join their staff as their new Administrative Assistant. In this role, the Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting two business development professionals in various areas such as client management, and overall administrative work.
Responsibilities:
Calendaring with high attention to detail
Managing communications via phone calls and emails
Managing travel and expenses
Greetings visitors, setting up conference rooms for onsite meetings
Drafts and edits letters, reports, and other documents
Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed
Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations
Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities
Presents a positive and professional image for the organization
Qualifications:
Sharp ability to prioritize time sensitive tasks
Familiarity with booking travel and managing expenses
Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an administrative capacity in a corporate setting
Familiarity with Executive level support
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
Familiarity with the financial industry is a plus though not required
