Responsibilities :

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Educate clients on our products, services, and marketing strategies to maximize their success.
• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to clients.
• Assist in the development of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications :
