As an HR Generalist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our human resources functions. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management.
You'll ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations and act as a trusted resource for both our employees and management team.

This is a direct-hire and onsite position.
Core Duties :
Collaborate with operations teams to understand HR needs and tailor strategies that optimize logistics efficiency.
Spearhead the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing expert advice and support to all staff.
Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring seamless administration and compliance.
Drive the performance management processes, including evaluations and improvements.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and employment laws, promoting a safe and compliant work environment.
Administer benefits programs, handle enrollments, terminations, and support employee inquiries.
What we’re looking for :
3-5) years of progressive experience within Human Resources, highlighting expertise in employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, engagement, and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) required.
Proficient in maintaining necessary confidentiality levels.
Strong emotional intelligence.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with HRIS, preferably Paycom (time and attendance, benefits, position management, talent acquisition).
