Project Manager III Non-Technical
Duration: 12-month with potential for extension.
Location: remote contract
Panel interview process.
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no time zone preference.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee non-technical projects. As a Project Manager III, you will be responsible for managing various projects across marketing, sales, finance/accounting, legal, business planning, business operations, customer service, and other domains. This role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute all phases of non-technical projects from initiation to completion.
Identify project requirements, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with operational standards.
Allocate resources, assign project roles, and coordinate activities among team members and external partners.
Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders, delivering presentations and ensuring project requirements are met.
Conduct project closure activities, including formalizing project acceptance and post-implementation reviews.
Provide oversight to employees managing specific projects and identify areas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent amount of experience.
PMP Certification is required.
MINIMUM 5-8 YEARS OF REAL-WORLD PROJECT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES INDUSTRY.
Background in banking and fintech with experience in Visa and Client, debit, network integration, mobile app, and API.
Strong knowledge of project management standards and best practices.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams, interact with executive-level clients, and maintain confidentiality.
This PM is like our implementation roles but with more experience overall.
WILL BE AN ANCHOR FOR THE PROJECT MANAGER II.
OVERALL, WILL HAVE A MORE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AND DEEPER KNOWLEDGE THAN OUR PROJECT MANAGER II.
THE PROJECT MANAGER MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN LEADERSHIP.
