Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

Phoenix Proconnect is collaborating with a global client experiencing rapid growth, seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating scheduling, resource allocation, and overseeing test/assessment execution and reporting in a large global environment. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring project success amidst accelerated growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinating Scheduling and Resource Allocation: Manage project schedules to ensure effective resource allocation, meeting project milestones and deadlines. Optimize resource utilization through coordination with team members and stakeholders.

  2. Overseeing Test/Assessment Execution and Reporting: Monitor test and assessment progress, ensuring activities are executed as planned. Oversee data collection, results analysis, and timely reporting to stakeholders.

  3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, minimizing potential impacts on project deliverables amidst rapid growth.

  4. Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, facilitating alignment and collaboration across teams.

  5. Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to established processes. Conduct regular reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in IT or cybersecurity, within a large global environment.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills, able to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
