Clearsense, LLC is Hiring a Technical Project Manager Near Jacksonville, FL

The Technical Project Manager position plays a critical role in supporting Clearsense and our clients by establishing the project plan and approach in addition to monitoring and controlling activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals and client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts, establishing and implementing project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet assigned expectation.
  • Be able to manage several technical projects, work streams, and initiatives at one time for across multiple teams.
  • Coordinates communication efforts to appropriate individuals. Further responsibilities include balancing schedules, scope, and budget.
  • Additional duties involve reporting on task and deliverable completions and budget expenditures, executing communication plans, and communicating critical paths and mitigating risks to implementation.
  • The individual in this position coordinates, facilitates, and monitors project milestones and budgets for assigned projects, and coordinates cross-functional IT teams to deliver the projects.
  • Facilitates the management of multiple applications through planning, scheduling, assigning, coordinating and reviewing tasks performed by staff.


Requirements:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or clinical related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • 5 years of experience with direct responsibility in a technical project manager or technology focused project manager
  • Certification - Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Knowledge of technical terminology consisting of but limited to infrastructure, data centers, security, Big Data, analytics, and disaster recovery.
  • Mature judgment and a high level of motivation and professionalism.
  • Ability to lead effectively and interact with a wide variety of levels of people in a variety of settings.
  • Collaborative working style and ability to develop/sustain productive work relationships with key stakeholders across all areas and levels of the organization as well as external consultants.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion skills to drive change across the organization with the ability to represent department effectively at institutional level meetings and with outside entities.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others without direct lines of authority.
  • Requires forward thinking to identify potential issues and/or risks to resolve or minimize in advance.
  • Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and improve understanding of technology and applications.
  • High level analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to evaluate effectiveness of operating procedures and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time, be able to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner with little or no supervision or direction.
  • Thorough understanding of current trends and their application to information technologies is desired.
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Project Management software tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
