Requirements:

• 5 years in IT operations and leadership
• 10 years total IT experience
• Experience managing Field Support and IT Support teams
• Vendor service management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• ITIL knowledge preferred
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and change management

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT operational expertise following industry standards
• Monitor service delivery performance with focus on Employee Experience
• Understand site infrastructure, services, and employee needs
• Execute changes/implementations with IT teams
• Travel to sites within the cluster
• Collaborate with teams for end-user satisfaction
