Manages a team that provides personal computer deployment and support, including setup, installation, repairs, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting. Analyzes PC resource requirements and evaluates available vendors, products, and services that will meet the organization's needs. In addition, Desktop Support Manager possesses experience in a LAN ... environment, a strong understanding of PC operating systems, security tools, and extensive knowledge of all commonly used PC software and products.
