Desktop Support Manager

Job Title: Supervisor, End User Support

Location: Cleveland, Ohio, 44114 (Onsite - 5 days per week)
Salary Range: $60,000 - $90,000

About the Role

We are seeking a Supervisor, End User Support to lead and manage a dynamic team responsible for delivering exceptional desktop and help desk support. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, meeting service level agreements, and driving continuous improvement in end-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor End User Support staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee daily operations, including ticket management in ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Provide technical support for complex issues and manage escalations.
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and performance metrics to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage hardware asset inventory and depot operations.
• Prepare and analyze reports on team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Top Skills Required

• 3 years experience managing a desktop support or help desk team.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Hardware asset management experience.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, or CompTIA.
