Talascend is currently seeking a Scanning Administrative Assistant for a contract opportunity located in State College, PA .

OVERVIEW:

Transfer hard copy documentation to electronic files via scanning and saving in electronic filing structure.

Work shift (days/times) - 1st shift, 6am to 2:30pm est, this is flexible.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scans documents from hard copy to electronic version using desktop scanner.
• Saves files to appropriate folder.
• Uses established naming conventions to appropriately and accurately name files.
• Verifies completeness and accuracy of work ensuring documents are scanned and saved in their entirety.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills
