Purpose of the Position
Proficient at all 4 stations as outlined below. Lead the line including expediting tickets and organizing the timing/priority. Calling out orders to fellow line cooks. Holding peers accountable for quality, performance and professionalism. Knowledge of quality and specs and expectations. Ability to execute catering. Assistance in training new employees.
