Responsibilities:
In this role, you'll be responsible for initiating warm, personalized calls to prospective customers who have expressed interest in learning more about our services. Your aim will be to not just inform, but to genuinely connect with each customer, understanding their unique needs and challenges
By actively listening and engaging with customers, you'll adeptly identify their specific requirements and offer tailored solutions to address them effectively. Beyond initial interactions, you'll play a crucial role in nurturing ongoing relationships with customers. This involves building, managing, and meticulously maintaining customer accounts, ensuring that their needs are consistently met and exceeded. Qualifications:
Follow up skill, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills are a must in this role
Applicants must have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is recommended
