Systems Graphics Labels and Tags is Hiring an Account Manager Near St. Louis, MO

Account Manager –

Systems Graphics is a fast-growing label converter specializing in food & beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial / chemical labels. Systems Graphics is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and superior customer service skills. The candidate must also have excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making abilities.

Accountabilities: The candidate must:

  • Build and maintain good working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team.
  • Monitor client profitability based on Systems Graphics guidelines – work with Manager to ensure we are meeting profitability and growth guidelines.
  • Manage key account relationships at the customer across multiple levels including senior executive / decision maker as well as own relationship with primary point of contact. Understand industry applications, standards/regulations, drivers and trends, customer’s organizations and desired outcomes.
  • Master the Systems Graphics sales process by knowing your assigned accounts, planning for growth, maintaining a healthy funnel, driving opportunities to closure and evaluating performance to goal.
  • Oversee the execution of quoting and orders to ensure the client’s expectations are achieved.
  • Clearly outline and communicate schedules to clients.
  • Track and communicate key deliverables to ensure all due dates are met.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions (T&Cs), pricing, discounts and allowances.
  • Work with vendors to ensure they have all the information that they need to produce orders.
  • Ability to prepare basic promotional products presentations based on client objectives, including suggestions, pricing, sourcing, and distribution.
  • Assist with Quarterly Business Review and Annual Business Review metrics gathering.

Competencies:

  • Ability to learn and sell technically complex products.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Strengths in networking and relationship development. Outgoing, friendly and confident personality, able to effectively engage with customers across a range of settings spanning one-to-one meetings, exhibitions and formal presentations.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office products
  • Project management, follow-up skills, attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in fast paced environment with good organizational skills
  • Self-motivated, quick thinker, deadline-oriented
