Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and account management processes

- Proven experience in account management or sales
