**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have experience in project scheduling, construction estimating, and project coordination. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. **Responsibilities:** - Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation - Coordinate and lead project meetings - Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines - Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers - Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations - Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise - Review and approve project drawings and specifications **Skills:** - Proficiency in construction management software such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and Primavera - Strong project scheduling skills - Experience in construction estimating and contract negotiation - Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and leadership abilities This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging construction projects while honing your project management skills.
