Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop personalized meal plans
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle modifications
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress towards their nutrition goals
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal nutrition outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and dietetics
- Provide health coaching to patients to support behavior change and adherence to dietary recommendations
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances
- Develop and implement tube feeding plans for patients who require enteral nutrition support

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential or eligibility for RD certification
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry as it relates to nutrition
- Proficient in conducting patient assessments and developing individualized meal plans
- Experience with tube feeding and enteral nutrition support is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively educate and counsel patients
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
