A growing Kansas City construction company is seeking a Controller with "hands-on" financial management experience.

The Controller will be responsible for variety of duties that include:

• Month end reporting
• Budgeting and annual audit review
• Production of financial reports
• Profit and loss reports
• Job costing and WIP reports
• Journal entries
• Maintenance of accounting records

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5 years experience as a Controller
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• CPA preferred
• Construction industry experience preferred
• Experience with construction related accounting software preferred
• Strong communication skills
• QuickBooks experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
