Job Title : On-Call Administrator
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and reliable On-Call Administrator to provide support for our non-medical home care agency during weekends or weeknights when the opportunity arises.
The On-Call Administrator will be responsible for managing client care, caregiver scheduling, and addressing any urgent issues that may arise.
Pay :
You will be paid $150 / weekend and $20.00 / hr for any caregiver hours worked.
Any weeknight on-call will be paid at $37.50 / hr. This is subject to an increase in the case of a system-wide increase in hours.
Weekday on-call holidays are paid at $100 / day.
Other caregiver hours are
optional
for you during the week and would be paid at $20.00 / hr. A one-hour "stand-alone" shift
would be paid at $28.00 for the hour.
All required training is paid.
Responsibilities :
Answering phone calls and responding to messages from clients, caregivers, and staff during your scheduled time.
Communicating with clients and caregivers to ensure proper care and scheduling.
Managing caregiver schedules and ensuring adequate coverage for all clients.
Maintaining accurate records and documenting client and caregiver information in eRSP.
Collaborating with other agency staff to ensure smooth operations and quality care.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in healthcare or
3 years in a related field.
Knowledge of Synergy regulations and policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Proficient in eRSP and cellular technology (eRSP training is provided)
Must be available to work on-call during weekends.
Physical Demands :
The On-Call Administrator may need to fill shifts with any client and therefore must be able to meet all job requirements that are laid out for caregivers.
