Synerfac Technical Staffing is Hiring a Remote Inside sales representative

A prominent figure in the engineering and manufacturing of custom fluid sealing solutions seeks an Inside Sales Representative to join their operations in Downingtown, PA.

  • Efficiently handle incoming sales inquiries and manage the sales email inbox, collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Develop in-depth expertise in the company's product offerings and their applications to effectively advise customers and tailor solutions to their needs.
  • Prepare accurate quotations for both standard and custom products, leveraging the company's pricing data and quoting tools.
  • Facilitate the processing of customer change orders and the prioritization of production schedules to meet customer demands.
  • Assess and implement necessary adjustments to delivery schedules and fees, ensuring clear communication with customers.-Compile and report on sales metrics, contributing to the strategic planning and performance evaluation of the sales department.
  • Handle the return goods authorization process and issue related credit memos, ensuring resolution of any discrepancies.-Proactively recommend product alternatives and solutions, based on a thorough assessment of customer needs and technical requirements.
  • Maintain proficiency with the company's ERP system to manage and track orders efficiently through the order fulfillment process.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team, distributors, representatives, and customers, fostering strong relationships and coordinating sales efforts across the United States.

Key Requirements : -A minimum of 3 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably within a similar industry.-An associate degree in business or a related field, evidencing a strong foundation in business principles.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.-Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with clients, team members, and management.
  • Solid mathematical skills and the ability to apply them in a sales context, including the creation and interpretation of sales reports and metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.-Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
