As the Inside Sales Agent, you will successfully engage with new and dormant accounts through a combination of telephone, virtual and in-person meetings to achieve sales targets. This position is based in our King of Prussia office and is responsible for local commercial sales and customer acquisition throughout the Philadelphia territory (75% office leads, 25% outside market leads).
About the position:
Drive commercial sales to ensure achievement of franchise revenue growth targets.
Bring energy and top-notch customer service to every interaction in order to meet and exceed sales activity targets, including a high volume of prospecting outbound calls, virtual meetings, and in-person customer visits.
Understand and help drive franchise profitability through building high-value, long term customer relationships. Once our customers experience our uniformed, professional teams safely and efficiently removing ‘junk’ from their businesses, it’s hard for them to use any other service!
You will be set up for success through sales training and support from the corporate 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Commercial Sales Team.
Accountable for the full sales cycle with local commercial businesses (prospects and clients) – welcome calls, follow-up calls, and estimate management.
Maintain a high level of competitor and local marketplace knowledge.
Partner with the corporate National Accounts and Strategic Alliances team to foster major accounts and increase commercial business sales.

Requirements:
Previous call center or sales experience
Experience making high volume calls (this role will make up to 75 calls a day)
Undergraduate degree in business or relevant field
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business-to-business sales.
Experience developing prospects into sales and growing sales within existing accounts.
Proven track record of achievement and success demonstrated by meeting aggressive sales targets.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact
