The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial Controller (with Finance Business Partnering) to join the CT Engineering Technical Services team and wider US finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial reporting and accounts of the CT Engineering division, and will report to the Finance Business Parter – Claims Solutions Americas.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing the month end close, including all relevant balance sheet and other reconciliations.
- Support the Invoicing and Collection teams with Accounts Receivable and other operational items.
- Overall ownership of Accounts Payable process
- Preparing month end management packs, KPIs and regular Flash reporting
- Business Partnering with the Claims Solutions Business Partner, working closely with the President of Engineering Technical Services
- Providing case and client analysis on business areas in conjunction with the business leaders and business development team
- Ensuring data accuracy in Deltek and TM1
- Working with key stakeholders to understand financial performance and latest forecast.
- Preparing month-end analysis on financial performance and Key Performance Indicators
- Support with the creation of latest forecasts and Budget for the Engineering Technical Services business
- Provide support on ad hoc reporting requirements including analysis that supports decision making.
- Provide adhoc support to the COO, Claims Solutions Americas and cover across the Finance team as required.

- Deltek system experience strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
