SYGMA Network is Hiring a Human Resource Business Partner Near Denver, CO

SYGMA Network (a Sysco company) is currently hiring a highly motivated Human Resource Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Due to the nature of our business, the Human Resource Business Partner is required to be on-site.

Pay: $83,500 - $123,800/annually

Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees.
  • Assist management in conflict resolution.
  • Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company.
  • Onboard new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages.
  • Respond to grievances, review disciplinary programs, conduct investigations, prepare for arbitrations, and participate in union contract negotiation.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to OpCo leaders and associates regarding employment issues in such areas as policy and procedure interpretation/application, dispute resolution, corrective action, leaves of absence, harassment, and terminations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to HR and business practices
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional Human Resources (PHR), Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $82,500.00 - $123,800.00 per year
