We are currently hiring a SaaS Data Analyst for our SymphonyAI Media division in Denver, Colorado.

SymphonyAI Media is the preeminent leader in Audit and Revenue Management Services for the media industry; auditing billions of dollars each year in license fees, retransmission consent fees, subscriber fees, and royalty payments on behalf of major media companies in the Fortune 500 throughout the world.

The SaaS Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, and transforming data to assist customers with utilizing our products & services. The SaaS Data Analyst must possess strong analytical skills, be data-driven, and boast the aptitude to become well-versed on the technical aspects of our solutions offerings. The SaaS Data Analyst is also responsible for meeting specified timelines, ensuring the adequate handling of deliverables and supporting positive customer experiences.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

? Work directly with customers to onboard them to our SaaS platforms.
? Analyze the requisite information gathered from multiple sources, break down high-level data into details, and transform into the needed formats to analyze and gain insights.
? Document unique and detailed processes for each customer to ensure business continuity and smooth transition to customers.
? Meet multiple customer timelines and deadlines; proactively communicate to customers and management any delays in meeting expectations.
? Coordinate with the Engineering team on new and custom functionality for new customers.
? Perform user acceptance testing associated with new and custom functionality.
? Assist the Customer Support and Managed Services teams with inquiries as needed.
? Participate in special projects and perform other tasks as required.

Experience & Skills
? 2 year's experience in a data analyst role at a SaaS company.

? BA/BS degree or applicable work experience.

? Basic SQL query skills.
? Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
? Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and APIs to integrate customer systems with our products.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
? Highly developed critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and practically when resolving issues.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with internal team members and customers alike.
? Business process analysis and application development skills useful.

This is a Hybrid role based at our Denver, CO office.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
