• Accountable for contributing to and developing high quality, customer-friendly data and BI solutions, as evidenced by taking ownership for data quality, report quality and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for proactively identifying opportunities for BI to improve customer focus, system thinking and quality (data and functionality). Can readily identify efficient and effective options for new solutions, break-fix , or customer issues.
• Establishes an on-going process to maintain quality data and defines quality audit processes.
• Performs data integrity checks, reports anomalies, and communicates with data engineers for resolution.
• Assists other data analysts and engineers on support and development
• Responsible for timely and quality completion of work assigned for support, break-fix, minor development activities.
• Appropriately escalates and pro-actively communicates with BI leaders to confirm priorities and approach.
• Experience with cloud technologies is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to lead business users to clear articulation of analysis requirements and data needed to support that analysis.
• Facilitates customer discussions to understand short and long term data needs and BI possibilities; works with BI leadership to plan intake and delivery.
• Remote eligible.

• Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, or Business discipline or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years relevant experience required.
• 0-2 years of experience in data analysis.
• 0-2 years experience with scripting(Shell, Python) is a plus.
• 0-2 years experience in cloud technologies like GCP, AWS or Azure.
• 0-2 years experience in data analysis and data solutions in GCP technologies like BigQuery, Dataflow , Composer, Vertex AI.
