- 2 years experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex reports and analytics.
- Strong SQL experience, including the ability to write code and conduct code reviews.
- Data Visualization experience, preferably with Tableau or similar tool such as Power BI.
- Ability to gather insights around product performance and consumer behavior data in order to create compelling reports that drives action towards product enhancements.
- Possess both a business and analytical mindset.
- Exposure to data science would be a plus.
- Nice to have but not required: Linux, Shell Scripting, Git, Hive, Hadoop, AWS cloud.
- Expertly use analytical tools, such as SQL and Tableau, to provide insight and make recommendations for product enhancements.
- Conduct impactful analytics on big data to automate processes and to provide stakeholders with actionable insights.
- Engage with various stakeholders to understand their business needs, build requirements backlog, communicate project statuses, and develop relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to address specific business inquiries from stakeholder groups.
- Participate in code reviews with other data analysts/developers.
- Collaborate with other team members to effectively support a product portfolio dedicated to network management for devices connected to home Wi-Fi, as well as new data science work.

You will also have the opportunity to create complex ad-hoc reports and analysis, resulting in robust analytics for measuring product health, usage, and customer value.
