This includes the analysis of data, the creation of behavior driving reports/dashboards, and process implementation projects to ensure efficient business operations. We are specifically seeking a candidate with a unique blend of technical skill and business acumen.Duties and Responsibilities:Gathering and documenting business system requirements through cooperative researchExtracting, preparing and optimizing large datasets that meet end user reporting requirements with accuracy, data integrity and speedCreating dashboards, forms and reports that turn data into information for decision making, designing, modifying, developing, implementing, testing and supporting (SDLC) software solutions that satisfy ongoing company business needsSupport implementation of new SEAKR processes to meet internal company initiativesSelf-starter looking for areas to apply more effective data analysis, data management strategies, and Lean principlesProviding day-to-day support of existing systems, working with cross-functional teams to implement robust data-driven solutions, and performing other related duties as assignedQualificationsEducation and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical field or related training/experience.>3 years of experienceOther Skills and Abilities:Ideally, this candidate will have the ability to prepare complex SQL statements and the ability to create data visualizations that clearly communicate key performance indicatorsThis candidate will also have experience with SSRS, Power BI or Tableau, Excel, Ad Hoc reporting, and have experience with the following languages: SQL (complex queries), Python is a plus, PL/SQL is a plus, SSAS/cubes is a plus, and R is a plusThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to complex datasets, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and experience with ERP or enterprise-class transactional processing systems is a plusThe successful candidate will be a responsible self-motivated problem solver, willing to accept multiple challenges in a fast-paced, team atmosphere.Additional InformationCompensation: Base salary range is $80,000 - $95,000, depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus.
