Job Title: Unit Manager 

Day Shift

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Manager to oversee our team and operations. As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our unit, ensuring that quality standards are met, and promoting a positive work environment. 

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the unit, ensuring that quality standards are met and productivity goals are achieved

- Manage and motivate team members, providing guidance, training, and support as needed

- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and addressing any issues in a timely manner

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements

- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

- At least 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a similar environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
