Chesterton Manor is seeking a Unit Manager (can be an LPN or an RN) for our skilled nursing facility in Chesterton, IN. 

The Unit Manager (LPN or RN)plans, coordinates and manages the clinical services for a specified nursing unit. Responsible for the coordination of nursing care and services provided to Residents in the various units. Collaborates with other members of the interdisciplinary team in the planning and oversight of resident care activities.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse of this state or Licensed Practical Nurse of this state 
• Experience as a Nurse Manager/ Supervisor
