Description
The Clinical Liaison plays a crucial role in healthcare organizations by serving as the link between medical providers and patients. We are seeking a highly-skilled and compassionate Clinical Liaison to join our team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare providers and patients to ensure high-quality care is provided and that patients receive the services they need.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop care plans for patients
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthcare services and resources available to them
- Assess patient needs and make recommendations for appropriate medical services
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to healthcare providers
- Build relationships with referral sources to increase patient volume and ensure efficient patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare coordination or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare providers and patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
