Job Summary
Sycamore Life Sciences is a Houston based company focused on providing the best selection of laboratory consumables, reagents and basic lab equipment. Our mission is to provide scientists with a curated portfolio of laboratory products with a frictionless and personalized buying experience.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Customer Service Representative with at least 5 years of work experience and at least 3 years of experience in inside sales or customer service role. If you don't have strong background with solid references in customer service or eCommerce, please do not apply for this role.

Web Merchandising and Lead Generation
Weekly and AdHoc reporting

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Science, Arts or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience
5 year of experience in a high volume, customer focused, eCommerce business.
Must have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Experience with eCommerce backend systems a huge plus.
