SWJ Technology is Hiring an Administrative Accounting Assistant Near Tuscaloosa, AL
Under general supervision, perform various financial accounting transactions and support transactions in the area of accounting.
Essential Functions
- Assist the Finance & Controlling Manager with all functions of the accounting and financial processes.
- Serve as back-up/support to Financial Department.
- Assist with expense reports.
- Assist with Company Credit Cards reconciliation.
- Handle confidential information and material.
- Target/status system update.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience in Accounting and Financial background.
- Working experience in POWERBI
- Exceptional organization skills.
- Microsoft office suite.
- Multitasker
