Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and closing sales deals in a designated territory. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company to clients and will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation methods.
- Follow up on marketing leads and appointments in your assigned territory.
- Educate potential customers about the environmental and cost-saving benefits of transitioning to LED lighting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized sales strategies and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive activities, and market developments.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Passion for environmental sustainability and renewable energy.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is a plus but not required.
