• Contract
• Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm
• Onsite in New York, NY

Only considering candidates with the following:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Responsibilities:

• Paper backlog entries and completions
• Research WRs ( incorrect addresses, outdoor sets, AKAs, etc..)
• Update assets in GC for outdoor sets
• Generate new WRs, as needed
• Complete procedure reporting to close out inspections
• NGD paperwork processing
• Contract item entires, billing, approvals, and payments
• Local appointments coordinated through local field forces/ researchcustomer contact information
• Creations of paper folders and job packets, when needed by District / ERF/ Level 4 daily surveillance, etc.
• back office research involving WR #'s, account numbers, etc.
