An established 20 year Electrical Contractor is going through an amazing transformation and looking to grow the team. The business has an established track record of performing electrical contracting for high-end residential new build and remodel construction but has also recently launched residential & commercial service and generator businesses. Business is booming, the even better news is the team is expanding. This role will be a critical part of the next evolution and growth of the company. Duties/Responsibilities:
1) Manages the residential service book of business - Is the front face of the business to clients
○ Works with clients to determine the type of electrical service required and schedules customer appointments
○ Creates/maintains customer records in CRM for all new clients that call or email
○ Schedules the activities of and collaborates with service teams
○ Partners with Construction Superintendent on team schedule
○ Ensure job status is up to date and customer invoices are sent ○ Perform follow-up on sales leads
2) Permitting
○ Works with Master Journeyman to perform permitting for required projects
○ Initiates permit applications, secures signatures from clients and master Journeyman
○ Coordinates the completion of Master Journeyman's design deliverables
○ Ensure all required documentation is in order and submits permits
○ Monitors permit for payment requirements and completion
○ Creates permit packets for service teams
3) General Administration
○ Ensure all customer callbacks are performed and status is accurately documented
○ Performs daily/weekly review of service job records and follows-up to closure on all open items from weekly review
○ Ensures relevant invoices were sent to clients and ensure clients received/viewed invoices
○ Follow-ups on overdue accounts receivables
○ Coordinates with electricians to ensure estimates are sent within 24 hours
○ Captures and directs all calls for company President and ensures timely follow-up with client
○ Assists company President with his administrative duties
○ Send Thank you cards to key customers
○ Performs other related duties as assigned
