About the Job
Looking for a professional, experienced team member in our busy construction office. MUST be detail-oriented and have working experience with QuickBooks as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are a high tech shop working with CNC machinery and software, Prodim Proliner Digital Templating and Planswift estimating software. Experience in the construction industry administration would be very beneficial. The candidate will be entering job estimates, purchase orders, ordering material for jobs then recording when received, keep a schedule of job installations, monitor daily emails, process invoices, accounts payable/receivable, statements, bank reconciliation, other duties as assigned. Create and update Excel spreadsheets on job estimating/installations
Review vendor statements and reconcile accounts
Manage lien waivers, contract billing
Manage sub-contracts/agreements/purchase order payment processing and procedures
Monitor worker's comp and general liability
Reconcile credit card/gas/home depot statements
Effective record-keeping and document management
Basic knowledge and understanding of AIA Billings (pay applications, draw schedule billing)
Stock take and inventory control

Schedule: 9am - 5pm
Pay: $22-$25 per hour depending on education/experience
