Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team. The Accounting Clerk will be responsible for updating & preparing sales reports. You will run accounting software programs to process business transactions, like accounts payable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Prepare financial reports as needed
• Assist with payroll processing
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries in a timely manner
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accoutning procedures
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, databases, and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
